Do you ship worldwide?
Absolutely! We offer worldwide shipping to ensure you can enjoy our products no matter where you are.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from multiple locations worldwide to provide the fastest delivery possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of ordering. After this time, requests cannot be honored. However, you can return your order for a full refund once it is received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, as well as PayPal payments for your convenience.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing, with shipping commencing the next business day. Note: Processing times may be extended during holidays or sale seasons.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery times may range from 2-4 weeks.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices on our site are listed in USD and are tax-free. However, you may be responsible for paying import duties, taxes, or related customs fees upon receipt, depending on your local customs office. Unfortunately, we cannot cover these charges or delays caused by customs. For more information, contact your local customs office.

What if I receive defective, incorrect, or damaged items?
If you receive an item that is incorrect, missing, or defective, please email us with your order number, photos of the item(s), and relevant details. We’ll resolve your case as quickly as possible!
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received or your cancellation is approved. If you don’t see the credit in your account, please contact your bank or card issuer for further assistance.
